guess its working on all network although its working. Well on my mtn sim, here is the format.
Just dail**21*174the number#and send e.g **21*17407068084474# and send, i hgighlited the number bcos of easy understanding. so you can put your flashers number it will work for sure.
To stop it, just dail##002#and send...DROP YA COMMENTS.
